The Leavenworth Ski Club hosts the annual Hog Loppet\, a non-competitive 30k Ski Trek from the top of Mission Ridge Ski Area to Blewett Pass.  The trek is an exciting challenge for strong intermediate and advanced cross country skiers.  While much of the route is groomed there is also a highly entertaining segment of un-groomed excitement.  You will be joined by skiers from all age groups using every type of backcountry and cross country ski you can think of.  A few even come in costume!  Warming stations offer a great opportunity to take a break\, gather around the fire\, have some sweet snacks and hot chocolate.
