Mt. Hood Meadows Trip 08

From February 28th to March 2nd, 21 Ski Buddies descended upon Hood River, OR to ski Mt Hood Meadows where we all found "Volcano Skiing Is A Blast!"

We stayed at the Vagabond Lodge whose rooms all had balconies overlooking the majestic Columbia River Gorge. Thursday night's welcoming wine & cheese party was wild, went late and included guitar swapping improvisations like "Stupid Beyotch" and "Egotistical Snowboarder." :-) Friday's skiing was Spring-like conditions.

All night snowfall continued thru Saturday for incredible powder skiing. Before the drive home, those intrepid few who skied Sunday were treated to a fabulous day of sunshine, blue sky and fresh powder. Overall, a wonderful time was had by all.
